Stay Healthy and Stress-Free with these Tips

They say that pain is inevitable but suffering is a choice. We have the option to wallow in our misery or do something about it.  The same is true with stress. Stress is everywhere – at work and even at home.  Whether it’s the never-ending traffic in EDSA or your demanding boss, we know that we can’t escape stress but I don’t let it stop me from enjoying my life.  Here’s  how:

·       Go for music therapy.
I don’t know about you but I think music makes everything better. Whenever I find myself stuck in traffic or in a crowded MRT, I simply put on my earphones and play my favorite tunes.  Regardless of how irritated you may be, I’m pretty sure you can’t help but smile (and sing along) to your favorite song. Instant mood-changer! 

·       Stay refreshed and hydrated.
Payday na pero inis ka dahil sa taxes and deductions mo?  Keep your cool and grab an ice-cold drink like Sosro Fruit Tea.  Not only will it help cool your head, it will also keep you hydrated and when you’re refreshed and hydrated, it’s easy to look at the bright side of things. ·       Read a book.
